The Total Visits report provides a view into student activity throughout campus. Narrow down options by location, department and service offering. To run a Total Visits report, do the following:
Go to the “Reports” tab and select “Total Visits” from the report drop-down menu
Utilize the “Locations” drop-down menu to narrow down to a specific location, or leave blank for all locations.
Select the appropriate department with the “Departments” drop-down menu
Use the “Service Offerings” drop-down menu to select the specific service
Select a “Timeframe”
Press “Run Report” to obtain the data
This report can be exported to excel using the “SAVE XLS” button. Below is the list of available fields that are captured on this report:
