Meeting Summary & Appointment Details

Overview

The Meeting Summary Report is available within the Reports feature of the Student Success & Engagement platform.

  • The report indicates what types of meetings have been tracked and how often they are occurring.
  • The report can also be further segmented by Campus Location, Department, Service Offerings, Tags and Date Range.

Appointments Report Source

Users can also build a custom meeting report with more detailed information using the Appointments report source.

On the Appointments report source, users can choose to include data from the following data categories:

  • Appointments - Details about the appointment (available fields shown in the screenshot below)
  • Advisor - Details about the Student's Primary Advisor
  • Coach - Details about the Student's Primary Coach
  • Created By
  • Modified By
  • Staff - Details about the staff person a student "met with"
  • Student - Details about the student associated with the appointment

A column selection list showing available appointment‑related fields, including Cancelled, Comments, Course Sections, Created Date, Duration, End Time, ID, Is Key Engagement, Location, Meeting Type, Modified Date, Self Service Check‑In, Service Delivery Location, Service Offerings, Start Time, and Student Question.

Meeting Summary Report Examples

By clicking "Run Report" all of the data that falls within the defined parameters will be shown.
