The Plan Status report provides a view into the rate at which student academic plans are approved or pending approval. To run a Plan Status report, do the following:
Go to the “Reports” tab and select “Plan Status” under Activity Management from the report drop down menu
The “Select Staff” drop down menu allows you to narrow down who you want to run the report for. Select “All Success Staff” to run a comprehensive report.
You can also select to run a report for specific “Tags” utilizing that drop down menu
Press “Run Report” to obtain the data
The following report will show plan status for all students tagged as an Athlete:
Example shown below. The orange indicates pending student plans that have yet to be viewed and accepted by the student. The blue indicates the number of pending plans that need to be approved by the advisor. Green indicates the number of plans approved.
