Advanced Blackboard LMS Error Reporting

Planning & Self-Study surfaces integration setup and synchronization errors directly within the product interface for Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) integrations. This feature allows administrators to view, troubleshoot, and export synchronization issues between Planning & Self-Study and Blackboard.

Viewing LMS Synchronization Errors

When errors occur during the most recent synchronization, an administrator can view these errors by navigating to Admin > Integrations in the system navigation.

Navigation menu showing the Admin tab expanded with the Integrations option highlighted.

A "View Error Report" button appears on the Blackboard card on the Integrations page. Selecting this option opens the Error Details Panel.
