This article explains how to utilize the integrated AI assistant to generate and implement strategic improvement ideas within a measure.
Utilizing AI for Improvement Ideas
The AI assistant provides the capability to brainstorm specific improvements directly within the chat interface where measure analysis is composed. This ensures that action items are directly informed by the data analysis.
Generating Recommendations
In the same flyout where the measure analysis is created, selecting Recommend Improvement Ideas prompts the AI to suggest strategies for performance enhancement. If the initial suggestions are insufficient, additional ideas can be requested through the chat interface.
Creating Action Items
Once the AI generates a list of ideas, these can be formalized into the system:
- Select Create Action next to a preferred suggestion.
- Manually edit the Description to ensure it aligns with organizational goals.
- If the Action Type needs to be edited, click Change Action Type and choose a Status.
- Assign a Due Date or Budget if applicable to the specific task.
- Finalize the entry by selecting Create Action.
- After completing the measure analysis and creating all necessary action items, selecting Save and Close in the top right corner ensures all data and planned improvements are preserved.
