These tools allow for granular control over which departments or programs can access new capabilities, facilitating pilot programs and targeted feedback collection.
Key Administrative Capabilities
- Flexible Deployment: Administrators select specific AI features to make available to designated organizational units.
- Granular Selection: A comprehensive list of institutional units is available, supported by search and filter options to identify specific programs quickly.
- Centralized Oversight: A dedicated management view displays the status of AI features across the institution, allowing for immediate adjustments to access levels.
- Authorized Access: Access to these configuration settings is restricted exclusively to institutional administrators to ensure secure and consistent management.
