Instructor: Instructor Results

Overview

Instructor Results allows Instructors to retrieve instructor results for their respective course(s) across any number of projects in a variety of report types. To access Instructor Results, navigate to the Results tab > Instructor Results and filter by project. You can download individual reports using the download icon or select multiple courses to generate a Batch Report. Choose your preferred format (PDF or ZIP) and report type; once processed, you will receive an email link to download your results.

Access and Download Instructor Results

  1. On the top navigation, click on Results; then, select Instructor Results.

  2. Under the Search section, filter by Project(s).

  3. Once the desired filters are set, click on the Search button.
  4. Search results appear under the Results section. To view the available reports for an individual course section, click on the Download icon , located under the View column at the end of the row of each respective course / instructor listed.

  5. Select the desired report:

NOTE: Available report types are enabled / disabled by the CES Administrator.

Instructor Results: Generate and Download a Batch Report

  1. Under the Results section, select the respective checkbox of two or more courses.

  2. Click on Batch Report Buttonto open the Batch Report window.

  3. Report Name: Enter the report name.

  4. Report Type: Click on the Report Type drop-down menu and select the desired report type.

    1. Detailed Report
    2. Detailed Report + Comments
    3. Short Report
    4. Short Report + Comments
    5. Raw Data

  5. Select one of the following:

    1. Merge Multiple Detailed Reports into one PDF for Selected Courses
    2. Download Multiple Detailed Reports/Batch as ZIP File for Selected Courses
    3. Comparison Report with Selected Courses in one report and organized by survey question as PDF

  6. Click on Go button.
  7. Generating Report message

  8. Once the email alert is received, click on the link to download the file(s).
