For a detailed receipt for your Taskstream account purchase, please contact our Support Team by clicking Submit A Request on the top right and bottom center of any Help Center page.  

Be sure to include:

  • Subject: Taskstream Refund Request
  • Your full name as it is listed on the account
  • School name
  • Email address you used to create your account

The Support Team will respond to your request by sending your receipt to the email address associated with your account.
