Students: How to Access Your Student Account (Logging In)

There are 3 ways for students to access or log in to Student Learning & Licensure.:

  1. Access through your institution’s Learning Management System (LMS), if enabled.
  2. Access through a Single Sign On (SSO), if enabled through your institution.
  3. Access directly at sll.watermarkinsights.com

If you are unsure how to login, please contact your institutions Student Learning & Licensure administrator.

To Access your account through the Learning Management System (LMS)

  1. Access the LMS
  2. Click on the assignment (activity) you need to complete.
  3. This will link you directly to your Watermark Student Learning & Licensure account to complete the assignment.
Troubleshooting:

After clicking the link in the portal, if you are being prompted to enter a user name and password:
1. Enter your institution email and Watermark Student Learning & Licensure password.
2.  If you do not know your password you may reset your password, using the steps available here.
  • If you do not receive a reset your password email, contact our Support Team by clicking Submit A Request (subject: SLL password email).
After clicking the link in the portal, if you see one of the following messages:
 
"This assignment does not exist in Watermark Student Learning & Licensure. Please contact your faculty."
Or
“Resource not found.”

then, please contact the instructor of your course or the Watermark Administrator at your institution.

To access your account through a Single Sign On (SSO)

  1. Click the Watermark Student Learning & Licensure link on your institution’s menu or home page.
Troubleshooting:

After clicking the link in the portal, if you are being prompted to enter a username and password.
1. Enter your institutional email and  Watermark Student Learning & Licensure password.
2. If you do not know your password you may reset your password, using the steps available here.
  • If you do not receive a reset your password email, contact

    our Support Team by clicking Submit A Request (subject: SLL password reset email).

To access your account directly at sll.watermarkinsights.com:

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the url: sll.watermarkinsights.com
    • (Google Chrome and Firefox are our recommended browsers)
  2. Enter your email address and password.
    • Your email address should be the email associated with your institution.
    • If this is your first time logging in,
      • Your initial password is a temporary password given to you by your institution.
      • If you can’t remember the temporary password, use the “forgot password” link to reset it.

  • You will be taken to the End-User License Agreement screen.
    • Be sure to read through this agreement carefully.
    • After you accept the Terms of Service, you will not see this screen upon future logins.

  • You will then be prompted to enter a new password of your choosing:
  • Enter your temporary password. This is the same password you entered on the log in screen.

  • Enter your new password.
    • Passwords need to be at least 8 characters.
    • Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters.
    • Use at least one number.
  1. You will be taken to your account's In Progress page.
