Which Internet browsers can I use to access Watermark's solutions?

Watermark's solutions are highly dynamic environments and respond slightly differently in each browser. We recommend using a supported internet browser to get the full capability of Watermark's products:

Windows

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
  • Google Chrome (latest version)

Mac

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
  • Apple Safari (latest version)
  • Google Chrome (latest version)

iPad/iOS

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
  • Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Apple Safari (latest version)

Android

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest Version)
  • Google Chrome (latest Version)

If you use an internet browser other than those listed above, you will still be able to access Watermark's solutions but you may not have access to all the systems' features. 

*For Watermark's Faculty Success and Course Evaluations & Surveys, Microsoft Edge is also a support browser for Windows.

**For Watermark's Taskstream and Tk20: Regardless of the browser, you will need to have pop-ups, cookies, and JavaScript enabled in order to use all the features.

 

Note: If you are unable to log in AT ALL, you may be using an Internet browser with known issues. Please install one of the supported browsers and use this to access Watermark's solutions.
