The Manage Data utility allows you to manage data for users within your security roles purview in order to make changes and record additions to their activities. However, if you will be managing a large amount of data, it is recommended that you use a CSV Data Import to streamline this in bulk.
The Manage Data utility can be accessed from your Navigation Bar, by going to "Manage Data," and when accessed this utility presents you with two methods for managing your users data, as detailed below.

Manage Data for Users: Allows you to access another user's activity data and the CV Import tool, if it's integrated into your Faculty Success instance.
- The parameter "Include these accounts" is used to filter displayed accounts in the User field. This will always default to "Enabled Only", but additional options for "Disabled Only" or "Enabled and Disabled Accounts" may be selected.

- Manage Administrative Data for Users: Provides a centralized location for reviewing and copying users' Yearly Data records, subject to your security role, from one year to the next. Refer to Manage Administrative Data for more information on Manage Administrative Data for Users.
The users displayed within this utility for you to manage data for are users who are within your security role scope and permission to manage data for in Users and Security. Security roles assigned at the college or department scope will include faculty accounts based on the corresponding college and department values in their most recent Yearly Data record.
