Outcomes Assessment Projects can be configured to collect only the specific demographic fields for students that an institution wants to use in their analysis on performance results. The fields chosen will allow you to filter your results by the demographic data supplied for each student.
There are two student demographic files:
- Demographic – These are fields related to the student
- Academic – These are fields related to the student and the academic session
