When setting up the Advanced Canvas integration, the institution will need a Canvas Administrator account that has been allocated the permissions laid out below. By providing these permissions, we ensure that Planning & Self Study can access all necessary data required for integration.
-
Account-level settings - manage
- Planning & Self Study needs account-level permissions in Canvas to access terms, rubrics, and sub-account data.
- These permissions enable us to fetch terms, rubrics, and pull data from sub-accounts. Without this access, key data for assessments and enrollments cannot be synced, affecting integration.
