Manage Measure from Organization Profile
Administrators and Contributors will be able to create, manage, and edit measures for both learning and success outcomes within their organizations.
Create New Measures
New measures can be created by providing a measure definition. This is for both Learning and Success outcome.
Managing Measures
Users can access the outcomes of an organization from the Organization Management section. To access the measure, click Manage Measure.
All measures associated with an outcome will appear under manage measure. Measures created from within the assessment plan, curriculum map, and manage measure will also appear here.
Measure revisions will NOT appear under Manage Measures.
Editing Measures
Users can edit any measure created within the specific organization.
When there are already results or data for a measure in an assessment plan, a confirmation alert will pop up, informing about the impact of updating the measure definition in all assessment plans where it is being used.
Deleting Measures
Users can delete measures if no results data is associated. The Delete Measure will appear at the bottom of the screen if this deletion is possible.
When attempting to delete a measure, a confirmation alert will appear and once confirmed, the measure will be deleted.
