Overview
Reporting Administration> Report Results is used for specific reports that are run from the SS&E Reporting menu and posted here to download once complete.
- While the report is running, a message appears notifying users that "This report is running in the background. An email with a link will be sent to you when it is complete. This may take a while based on the amount of results."

These reports may include a lot of data so the results will be available to download from the Admin page when the report is ready.
Permissions
Separate permissions are required to view/run the report and to access the report results.
- Permitted Roles are assigned to each individual report from Reports Administration.

"Can Access Report Results" permission is assigned via Roles Administration.
Which reports display in Report Results?
Currently, there are two reports that will post results in Report Results:
- User Generated Data Export
- This report exports Notes, Messages, Alerts, Tags, and Meetings from SS&E.
- North Carolina Community College System Attendance
