- Note: If there are no keys left for your legacy keycode please contact support@watermarkinsights.com to request that more keys be added
- 18 digit keycode: this is a unique keycode that assigned to an individual faculty member through Keycode Management. When a keycode is assigned, the faculty member will receive an email with a link to the registration page (their assigned keycode will automatically be entered into the registration form). Courses and Assignments
How do I create a new term and courses?
Terms and courses are added to LiveText by importing a Course Catalog
How do I create course assignments?
How do I copy assignments from a previous term to the current term?
How do I make changes to a locked rubric?
A rubric becomes locked once it has been used in a course or Field Experience assessment. To make changes to a locked rubric you must create a copy of the LiveText Document: go to LiveText Docs, click on the title of the original document, click the "Copy this document" button (paper icon) at the top of the document, enter a title for the copy, and click Ok. The new copy will then open and you can edit the rubric section and make any changes.
