Moving Rubrics to different Organizations or Programs

Note: The information in this article only applies to institutions integrated with System Administration. If your institution is not integrated with System Administration and you would like further information please contact your Watermark Client Success Manager (CSM).

Administrators can move existing rubrics - both published and unpublished - to a different Organization or Program. Please note that published rubrics may only be moved upwards in the organization, to parent programs. Unpublished rubrics may be moved anywhere.

To move a rubric:

  1. Go to Academics & Offices
  2. Click on the Organization or Program that contains the rubric
  3. Click the Rubrics tab
  4. Click the "More options" button (three dots) to the right of the rubric
  5. Click Move
  6. Select the Organization or Program that you would like to move the rubric to
  7. Click Move
