Outstanding Balance Due

The student’s outstanding balance can be viewed on the student's Finances tab, in the Business Office section under the title "Balance Due".

  • This "Balance Due" amount imports from the SIS in the balanceDue field on the Person data feed.
  • If you scroll to the Person data feed 'balanceDue' import definitions, the description explains that this value drives the financial "Payment Reminder" alert within SS&E, and typically represents the total amount due minus any financial aid and payments.

The student's FINANCES tab displays the imported Business Office "Balance Due" and other financial aid information importing from the SIS and/or configured in SS&E Administration.
