Courses display differently for Faculty and Students

The Student - Courses tab default view displays differently for faculty and students by design.

  • For Faculty - the Courses tab will display the closest term with course sections instructed by the signed-in user.
  • For Students - the Courses tab will display the current term or the student's most recent term.

Note: Canceled course sections are removed from the Student Courses tab and do not display on the Student record in Student Success & Engagement under any view/status!
