Users will not be able to login to SS&E if they are not assigned at least one security role.
Even though it may seem okay at first, users without any assigned role will see a message on their Home page that says "Skip to content...Invalid Security Information".
This message displays when a user does not have any assigned role(s).
To resolve this message:
Open Admin...
Reported Issue:
On Firefox, the Login screen keeps reappearing without any error messages.
Trying to login, it always bounces back to the login.
Entering a support ticket works fine.
Resolution:
Disable the enhanced tracking protection on https://support.avisoretention.com/hc/en-us.
This is done by clicking on the icon to the left of the URL.
