After login, user sees "Skip to content, Invalid Security Information"

Users will not be able to login to SS&E if they are not assigned at least one security role.
Even though it may seem okay at first, users without any assigned role will see a message on their Home page that says "Skip to content...Invalid Security Information".
This message displays when a user does not have any assigned role(s).
To resolve this message:
Open Administration > People & Roles > People Administration
Select the person record
On the User Details tab, select Add Security Role
Verify that the issue is fixed after assigning at least one role.
