There are several ways to access Tk20.
Locally authenticated users will need to log in directly to their institution’s Tk20 server or your school may have you log in directly through your institutional portal. If you are not sure if you should log in directly or access through your school's portal, please reach out to your instructor or Unit Administrator.
Locally authenticated users can follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your institution’s Tk20 server https://school.tk20.com.
Note: Replace school with your Tk20 domain displayed in a working URL. -
Use your Tk20 username as your username and your Tk20 PID as your password.

After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password
Here are the Password requirements:
MUST contain a minimum of 7 letters.
MUST not exceed 12 characters.
MAY contain numbers
MAY contain special characters (!@#$%^*?:|}{[]';.,-_=+:/\).
Note: All passwords are case-sensitive.
Once you have entered the new password click Update to save the changes and you should be all set to log in.
