In Report Builder 2.0 you are able to simply share your reports within Course Evaluations & Surveys with other users, you can email a secure link to the report for people who don't have an Course Evaluations & Surveys account, and you can even generate a link and paste it on a web page if you want to share a report publicly.
This feature allows CES Administrators, Administrators, Instructors and Teaching Assistants to share reports created in Report Builder 2.0.
Report Builder 2.0: Report Sharing
Share with Course Evaluations & Surveys Users
Share your report with other users in your Course Evaluations & Surveys account. After generating and saving your report in Report Builder 2.0, click Shared.
Click on +, located to the right of the To Users input field.
Search for user by user Profile (Name, Username, Email), User Type, Hierarchy Level, Course Code, Course Unique ID, or Course Title.
Click Search.
Select User(s) to share report.
Click Apply.
These users will appear in the To Users field, with an indication of the number selected. Note: You can still deselect them, and remove them from the list by clicking the X button.
Optional: Update the Subject Field.
Optional: Include a Message to the selected users.
Click Save.
View a Shared Report
When users login into their Course Evaluations & Surveys account, click on Results.
Click on Report Builder 2.0.
You can see any Shared Report in the Shared With Me widget.
The full message can be accessed through the Notifications widget on that User's Dashboard.
Share by Email
Click on +, located to the right of the To Emails input field.
Enter your comma separated list of emails.
Click Add.
These users will appear in the To Emails field, with an indication of the number selected. Note: You can still deselect them, and remove them from the list by clicking the X button.
Optional: Update the Subject Field.
Optional: Include a Message to the selected email recipients.
Click Save.
NOTE
The link generated in the above email can be copied and pasted on a web page if you want to share the report publicly.
