Access My Account Information

The My Account information area contains user data that provides the system with:

  • organizational affiliations
  • subscription preferences
  • history of logins (count with timestamps)
  • your personal profile (name, contact information)
  • time and date preferences (format of time and date)
  • email subscriptions (select Taskstream notifications to receive via email)
  • login credentials (user name and password change)

To access My Account Information

  1. Log into Higher Education Software
  2. click the My Account link from the top right corner of the home page

The My Account page loads, with the Subscription tab in view.
