Welcome to Workflow Onboarding! Throughout the process, you'll learn how to configure a Workflow process as an administrator, and you'll see the process from start to finish from the perspective of various users. After putting your knowledge to the test with a Workflow Assessment, you’ll receive an award of completion.
Onboarding Structure
Before you begin, we strongly recommend that you complete Faculty Success Onboarding & Training if you haven't already. Many of the concepts in Workflow build upon knowledge gained as a Faculty Success administrator, so understanding areas such as security and custom reports make you a successful Workflow Administrator.
We've broken down the Workflow content into sections based on the specific part of the setup process and by the user personas we'll assume along the way. The sections are step-by-step demonstrations by the Faculty Success team, and they will give you the knowledge needed to pass the Workflow Assessment. Once you've reviewed all of the video content, you will take the assessment provided.
