IH_Administrator Control: Grant College/School Level Access for FS Scholarship Insights to IH_Contributors

Administrators can now provision IH_Contributor access at the College/School hierarchy level.

This allows designated IH_contributors to view and export filtered FS Scholarship Insights for all of their institution’s organizational units.
