Improved Add Activity Experience in the Insights Hub Home

Users that are authorized to add Faculty Success activities will experience an improvement to this workflow. When the user clicks Add Activity, they will now be guided to a new experience for selecting and adding various activity types.

Below is a mock up of the planned experience:

The 'My Tasks' section for user with the option to add new activities. Tasks such as completing the 2024 Annual Review Submission and submitting course proposals are listed, along with due dates and action requirements and the 'Add Activity' button.

The 'Add Activity' section with options to select different activity types and categories, including general information, scholarship, service, and teaching.

The 'Add Activity' form for entering details about an award or honor, including name, date, organization, purpose, and a brief description, with an option to attach files.
