About the Administrator Experience
Insights Hub Administrators can access the Insights Hub to:
- View Institution and Program Insights
- Manage Reporting Years.
- Grant faculty and staff with access to view Institution-level Leader Insights and Program-level Leader Insights. Note: While the Institution-level Leader Insights answers over 50 essential questions across six Watermark solutions, the Program-level Leader Insights is currently limited to Student Learning & Licensure.
Administrators with System Administration access can provide overall access to the Insights Hub and manage programs and organizations. Insights Hub Administrators must have the Administrator role provisioned from System Administration>People.

The Admin Home Experience
A user with the Administrator role is responsible for completing key tasks assigned to them. Currently the core administrator tasks are:
- Creating Reporting Years (when there is not a current one)
- Granting access to institution leaders to view Institutional Insights (when no one is assigned)
- Granting access to program leaders to view Program Insights (when no one is assigned). Note: Program Insights only includes a limited number of insights from Student Learning & Licensure when integrated with System Administration.
Additionally, an Administrator might conditionally view tasks and widgets if they have responsibilities and access similar to the faculty. For more information about these conditional tasks and widget, see the article linked HERE.
Additional tasks and capabilities from Watermark solutions will be added in 2025 and beyond.
Institution & Program Insights Widgets
Administrators also can access the Leader Insights dashboard for their Institution from the home page. This widget reflects the products that are integrated for their institution. If the institution uses a core product in the Watermark Suite and it does not appear in the list, please contact Watermark's Client Support to request configuration.
If your institution has Student Learning & Licensure that is integrated with System Administration, Administrators will also see a Program Widget that overviews current assessment data collection with navigation to view programs in the Academics & Offices.
