This release adds to and expands the feature set of the Watermark Insights Hub, a new module currently being piloted by a small selection of users. Additional announcements regarding the Watermark Insights Hub are expected later this Fall.
New! Faculty are guided to add accomplishments
Faculty are now guided to the Faculty Success home to add new accomplishments. This will only appear if the faculty is associated with an institution that licenses the Faculty Accomplishments module within Faculty Success.
Please note that this is small and iterative step towards an improved workflow for adding accomplishments. We are planning big enhancements to this within the next few months!
Administrators can grant access to Institution & Program Insights
Insights Hub Administrators can now grant Insights access to key contributors. From within the Academic & Offices area, administrators can search and add access to the Institution or Program Insights profiles. To assign access to the Leader Insights for the Institution or Program, click the Assign Access link to the right of that Institution or Program name. Please note, that the People and system roles must be initially created in System Administration>People.
When a person with access logs in to their account, they will see an Organization & Program Insights category on their home page which lists the Institution and/or the Programs which they have been assigned to access with links to view the insights.
Institutional Logo Displayed in Insights Hub Navigation Header
Institutions that have a logo uploaded in Faculty Success will also see the logo when accessing the Insights Hub. The Institution Logo replaces the Insights Hub logo in the top navigation header when available.
Please note that this feature is currently available only to institutions that use a logo in Faculty Success. The feature will become more widely available in the coming months.
New Administrator Home Task: Grant Access to Leader Insights
Insights Hub administrators are now prompted to grant access to Leader Insights for Institution and Program Leader visibility. This will guide them to the Academics & Offices area to grant access.
- The Institution Insights task will appear until at least one person is granted access at the Institution level.
- The Program Insights task will appear until all programs have at least one person assigned. Please note that program insights currently only surface insights from Students Learning & Licensure (with System Admin integration).
