Introducing Watermark’s new discussion forum- your place to engage with other Watermark users.
The Community is:
- A place to ask questions, share best practices, and crowdsource advice, all organized by Watermark suite products
- Ability to search posts, comment, vote on, and create new conversations
- A hub to learn more about events, releases and to share your successes
- And since it’s connected to the Help Center, easy access to articles, or to contact our Support Team.
For a healthy Community, we also have to mention what it is not. It is not:
- A support channel (Contact our Support Team!)
- For Marketing, selling, or spam
- Place feature requests and product ideas (we have the Ideas Portal, where you can interact with our Product Team)
- Place for venting and negativity
Everyone who participates in the Community, agrees to follow the Community Code of Conduct.
See the video walkthrough below (1:21 min).

What's happening and why?
You, our customers, benefit from connecting and engaging with others. We want to keep the excitement of our annual Engage conference going year round, so we are launching the Watermark Community, accessible to administrators (and others from select products) of our Watermark suite products! Our mission is to give you a convenient, easy-to-navigate space that fosters communication where you can share your expertise, seek advice, and engage with other Watermark product users.
When is this happening?
The Watermark Community will go live in June 2024, immediately before our Engage Conference.
Who can view Community content?
The Community content will be publicly viewable and searchable from the Watermark Help Center. You can type what you’re looking for in the search bar and both articles and community posts and/or comments will appear. You can also browse by topics/posts by clicking Community at the top or bottom of the help center homepage. In the future, we anticipate there will be private Community topics as well, so stay tuned!
Who can contribute to conversations?
Watermark Suite product administrators can contribute to the Community (post, comment, vote). To contribute, you will access the Community through your Watermark Suite product. See below for specific directions:
How to Access and Contribute to the Community
Why isn't my product listed in the Community?
Ensuring the Community's security is a primary focus. Accessing and contributing to the Community involves authenticating through our Help Center, which, due to limitations in our technology, is not available for some products. Community access is not available for: AMS, LiveText, Tk20, Taskstream LAT, and Outcomes Assessment Projects.
Do I need another login to access the Watermark Community?
No! The majority* of the content in the Watermark Community will be public and searchable in the help center, including:
- Discussions and posts related to specific Watermark products
- Success stories
- Announcements
*We say majority above because there are some anticipated topics that will only be accessible to select users.
What type of questions should I ask in the Community?
Keeping the Community Code of Conduct in mind, we want the Watermark Community to be an open and lively place that is led by you. Here are some ideas to consider:
- Best practices for using specific features or tools
- Troubleshooting tips for common issues
- Recommendations for integrations
- Strategies for optimizing workflows within your Watermark products
- Useful insights about recent releases
- Accreditation conversations
- Advice on upgrading
- Tips for training new end users
- Success stories
How can I provide feedback about the Community?
We'd love to hear your ideas! Please click Submit a Request and let us know what you think.
