Welcome to the Watermark Customer Community
Watermark Customer Community is a forum where you can share your experiences, ask questions, brainstorm ideas, and connect with fellow Watermark product users. Check out the guide below to learn how to explore and actively participate in the community.
Accessing the Community
- First, log in to your Watermark suite solution. Next, click the question mark on the top right side of the screen to go to the Watermark Help Center. This will authenticate you into our Help Center.
- Once you're on the Help Center homepage, locate the community icon positioned at either the top or bottom of the page. Click the community icon to enter the Watermark Customer Community
- Once inside the community, you can browse various topics and posts. Click on the title of a topic that interests you. Within the topic, click on an existing post to read its content
- If the post allows comments, feel free to add your thoughts to the thread. You can also upvote or downvote on posts to indicate whether you found the information helpful
- If you can't find a post about the topic you want, you can create a new one. Go to the relevant topic, click on "New Post", add a title and details, and click Submit to create your post
- You can also explore the existing community content in the Watermark Help Center. Simply click the Posts button to discover all the amazing content available
