Note: Please avoid using Tk20 in multiple tabs and have it open only in one tab/browser at a time. Also, refrain from using the back button, as this may cause your session to time out and your work may not be saved. To have the best experience and ensure that your data is safely stored, please use only one tab when accessing Tk20.
1. Recalling an ADMISSIONS Application
As a student, if you need to make a change to a submitted application, you can recall that application as long as the review of the application has not begun.
- Log in to Tk20 and locate the Applications section in the middle of the screen to display a list of all applications you have created.
- Click the name of the application you wish to recall. Your application will open in a two-paned window.
- Click the Recall button on the upper right-hand area of the screen
- Click, once again, on the name of the recalled application to open it for revision.
- Make any needed changes to the application, then click Save, to save your changes without submitting the application, or Create, to save your changes and submit your application.
Note(s): If you are unable to recall your application, you will need to contact an administrator for help in reopening your application for editing.
2. Recalling a Standard Application
As a student, if you need to make a change to a submitted application, you can recall that application as long as review of the application has not begun.
Instructions
- Log into Tk20 and select the “Applications” bar from the side menu.
- Selecting this button will display a list of all your active applications (see below).
- Click on the title of the application you would like to recall.
- Scroll to the bottom right of your screen. Click on the recall button.
- As long as a reviewer has not started to review your application, this will open your application for editing once more. If the review has started, you will need to contact your system administrator.
