Recalling Submitted Coursework

Note: Please avoid using Tk20 in multiple tabs and have it open only in one tab/browser at a time. Also, refrain from using the back button, as this may cause your session to time out and your work may not be saved. To have the best experience and ensure that your data is safely stored, please use only one tab when accessing Tk20.

In this article we will learn how to Recall the following :

Recalling a Submitted Assignment 
Recalling a Submitted Course Binder
Recalling a Submitted Field Experience Binder
Recalling a Submitted Video Assignment

1. Recalling a Submitted Assignment 

Note(s): Although this article will refer to Assignments, all steps also apply to Projects.

  1. Click on the Courses in the side menu.
  2. Click on Coursework located in the side menu below.
  3. Click on Assignments in the side menu below.
  4. Place a check mark next to the assignment you want to edit, then click on the Recall button.
  5. Click on Save or Submit when you have completed making changes.

NOTE: If the assessment of your assignment has already begun, you will receive the following warning message: “You can only recall an item that has been submitted and not yet assessed.”

Error Message if You Try to Recall an Assignment that is Being Reviewed
 

In this case, you will need to contact your assessor or your campus Tk20 administrator to reopen your assignment for editing.

2. Recalling a Submitted Course Binder

  1. Click on Courses in the side menu.
  2. Click on Coursework located in the side menu below.
  3. Click on Course Binders in the the side menu below.
  4. Place a checkmark next to the course binder you want to edit, then click on the Recall button, as shown in the image below:

  5. Click on Save or Submit when you have completed making changes.

NOTE: If the assessment of your course binder has already begun, you will receive the following warning message: “You can only recall an item that has been submitted and not yet assessed.”recalling_errorMessage-435x47 (1).png

Error Message if You Try to Recall a Course Binder that is Being Reviewed
 

In this case, you will need to contact your assessor or your campus Tk20 administrator to reopen your course binder for editing.

3. Recalling a Submitted Field Experience Binder

  1. Click on Field Experience in the main navigation menu.
  2. Click on Field Experience in the secondary menu to see a list of Field Experience binders, including the ones you have submitted.
  3. Place a checkmark next to the course binder you want to edit, then click recall_button (2).png.
  4. If you are able to successfully recall your Field Experience Binder, you can then click on the name of the binder in the master list to make changes and then submit it again.

NOTE: If the assessment of your binder has already begun, you will receive the following warning message “The following binder(s) cannot be recalled as they have a Locked – Late status or have assessments saved.”

In this case, you will need to contact your assessor or your campus Tk20 administrator to reopen your binder for editing.

4. Recalling a Submitted Video Assignment

  1. Click on the Courses in the side menu.
  2. Click on Coursework located in the side menu below.
  3. Click on Assignments in the side menu below.
  4. Place a checkmark next to the video assignment you want to edit, then click on the Recall button.
  5. Click on Save or Submit when you have completed making changes. 

NOTE: If the assessment of your video assignment has already begun, you will receive the following warning message: “You can only recall an item that has been submitted and not yet assessed.”

In this case, you will need to contact your assessor or your campus Tk20 administrator to reopen your video assignment for editing.
