Currently System Administration content is relevant to Planning & Self-Study and limited Student Learning & Licensure admins.
CSV Imports are required to establish foundational data objects such as user accounts, organizations, programs, terms, courses, course sections, and enrollment. Initially, these files will be imported manually with the help of the documentation in this resource center and your Implementation Team. A user must have the System Administrator role to have privileges that allow access to the Data Manager. The System Administrator role can only be set up by your Project Manager, so please contact them if a team member needs to have that level of access.
As a best practice, at least one IT contact should serve as a technical resource on behalf of the institution to build these files. We suggest working closely with all IT contact(s) in the planning & setup phase of Student Learning & Licensure implementation to ensure a timely and smooth implementation. The resources provided in this resource center are intended to be shared with the IT contact(s) responsible for configuring CSV files.
