Leader Insights can be accessed in two ways:
- Through the Insights Hub – If your institution has the Insights Hub activated, administrators and individuals with granted access at the institutional or program level can view Leader Insights.
- Through Planning & Self-Study – If your institution has Planning & Self-Study activated, administrators and leaders with granted access at the institutional or program level can access Leader Insights.
Accessing Leader Insights via the Insights Hub
Institution Insights Access
Institution-level leaders can access Leader Insights by clicking "Go to Institution" or selecting the institution name within the Organization & Program Insights area on the Insights Hub home page. Administrators can also access this by selecting the institution profile link within Academics & Offices.
If you are logging in as an Administrator:
- Click Academics & Offices.
- Select your institution's name.
If you are a faculty, staff member, or leader with access to Institution Insights:
- From the Home page, navigate to the Organization & Program Insights area.
- Click on the name of your institution.
Program Insights Access
Program-level leaders can access Program Leader Insights by selecting "View All Programs" or clicking the program name within the Organization & Program Insights area on the Insights Hub home page. From there, navigate to the Insights section within the Program Profile. Administrators can also access this by selecting the Program link within Academics & Offices.
📌 Note: Currently, program-level insights are only available from Student Learning & Licensure, provided it is integrated with System Administration (not Classic Admin).
If you are logging in as an Administrator:
- Click Academics & Offices.
- Select the program name.
If you are a faculty, staff member, or leader with access to Program Insights:
- From the Home page, select the name of your program.
Accessing Leader Insights via Planning & Self-Study
Institution Insights Access
Institution-level leaders can access Leader Insights by selecting "Enter Institution" in the My Leadership area on their Planning & Self-Study home page. From there, navigate to the Insights section on the left side of the Institution Profile.
- Administrators can also access this by selecting the institution profile link within Organization Management.
If you are logging in as an Administrator:
- Click Organization Management.
- Select your institution's name.
- Click Insights in the side navigation.
If you are a Lead for the top Institution:
- From the Home page, click on the name of your institution.
- Click Insights in the side navigation.
Program Insights Access
Program-level leaders can access Program Leader Insights by selecting "Enter Program" in the My Leadership area on their Planning & Self-Study home page. From there, navigate to the Insights section on the left side of the Program Profile.
- Administrators can also access this by selecting the Program link within Organization Management.
📌 Note: Currently, program-level insights are only available from Student Learning & Licensure, provided it is integrated with System Administration (not Classic Admin).
