Steps to Delete Programs or Organizations:
1. Access System Administration
2. Click Organizations or Programs (depending on which you'd like to delete)
3. Next to the program you'd like to delete, select the menu option (when you hover over it says Program Options)
4. Click Delete Program
Business Rules
A HIERARCHICAL NODE CAN BE DELETED FROM SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION if only the following data is associated with it in SL&L:
- Admin/Node Admin
- User Association
- Templates that have NOT BEEN USED to Publish any Activities and have no Assessment data tied to them
- Rubrics that have NOT BEEN USED in any Published Activities and have no Assessment data tied to them
- Labels that are NOT ASSOCIATED with any Student Placements
- Sites that are NOT ASSOCIATED with any Student Placements
- Site Categories that ARE NOT TIED TO to any Sites associated with Student Placements.
- Log Categories that HAVE NOT BEEN USED to Create any Student Time Logs.
A PROGRAM CAN BE DELETED FROM SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION if only the following data is associated with it in SL&L:
- Admin/Node Admin
- Program has any Affiliated Courses
- Templates that have NOT BEEN USED to Publish any Activities and have no Assessment data tied to them
- Rubrics that have NOT BEEN USED in any Published Activities and have no Assessment data tied to them
- Labels that are NOT ASSOCIATED with any Student Placements
- Sites that are NOT ASSOCIATED with any Student Placements
- Site Categories that ARE NOT TIED TO to any Sites associated with Student Placements.
- Log Categories that HAVE NOT BEEN USED to Create any Student Time Logs.
A HIERARCHICAL NODE CANNOT BE DELETED FROM SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION if the following data is associated with it in SL&L:
- Node has any Child Nodes
- Node has any associated Programs
- Node has any associated Courses
- Node has any associated Activities
- Node has any associated Assessment data
- Node has any associated Standards
- Node has any Templates that HAVE BEEN USED to Create Activities
- Node has any rubrics that HAVE BEEN USED in an Activity
- Node has any rubrics that HAVE BEEN USED to Save / Submit Assessments.
- Labels that ARE ASSOCIATED with any Student Placements
- Sites that ARE ASSOCIATED with Student Placements
- Site Categories that ARE TIED TO Sites associated with Student Placements.
- Log Categories that HAVE BEEN USED to create Time Logs.
A PROGRAM CANNOT BE DELETED FROM SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION if the following data is associated with it in SL&L:
- Program has any associated Activities
- Program has any associated Assessment data
- Program has any associated Standards
- Program has any Templates that HAVE BEEN USED to Create Activities
- Program has any rubrics that HAVE BEEN USED in an Activity
- Program has any rubrics that HAVE BEEN USED to Save / Submit Assessments.
- Labels that ARE ASSOCIATED with any Student Placements
- Sites that ARE ASSOCIATED with Student Placements
- Site Categories that ARE TIED TO Sites associated with Student Placements.
- Log Categories that HAVE BEEN USED to create Time Logs.
