Steps to Delete Programs or Organizations:
- Access System Administration.
- Click Organizations or Programs, depending on which you'd like to delete.
- Next to the program you'd like to delete, select the menu option (it will say Program Options when you hover over it).
- Click Delete Program.
Business Rules
Important: An organization or program cannot be deleted if certain data is associated with it. Review the following conditions carefully before attempting to delete a node or program.
A hierarchical node CAN be deleted if only the following data is associated with it:
- Admin/Node Admin user association
- Templates that have not been used to publish any activities and have no assessment data
- Rubrics that have not been used in any published activities and have no assessment data
- Labels that are not associated with any student placements
- Sites that are not associated with any student placements
- Site categories that are not tied to any sites associated with student placements
- Log categories that have not been used to create any student time logs
A program CAN be deleted if only the following data is associated with it:
- Admin/Node Admin user association
- The program has affiliated courses
- Templates that have not been used to publish any activities and have no assessment data
- Rubrics that have not been used in any published activities and have no assessment data
- Labels that are not associated with any student placements
- Sites that are not associated with any student placements
- Site categories that are not tied to any sites associated with student placements
- Log categories that have not been used to create any student time logs
A hierarchical node CANNOT be deleted if any of the following data is associated with it:
- The node has any child nodes, associated programs, courses, activities, assessment data, or standards
- The node has templates that have been used to create activities
- The node has rubrics that have been used in an activity or to save/submit assessments
- Labels are associated with any student placements
- Sites are associated with student placements
- Site categories are tied to sites associated with student placements
- Log categories have been used to create time logs
A program CANNOT be deleted if any of the following data is associated with it:
- The program has any associated activities, assessment data, or standards
- The program has templates that have been used to create activities
- The program has rubrics that have been used in an activity or to save/submit assessments
- Labels are associated with any student placements
- Sites are associated with student placements
- Site categories are tied to sites associated with student placements
- Log categories have been used to create time logs
