If surveys are not syncing as expected, click hereto check for error messages in External Logging.
External Logging is accessed from SS&E Advanced Administration.
Select the Survey source to filter on messages received only from the Survey synchronization.
Select any error message to view the error message details. Most likely, if there are errors these will have to be resolved in order for survey data to sync correctly.
Depending on the error message, some error messages will have to be resolved by the client/the institution's IT staff and others may need to escalate to the SS&E Engineering team.

If errors are found, please open a support ticket and copy/paste the error message details from External Logging.
The Survey source is not listed in External Logging
If the Survey source is missing from External Logging Sources, this indicates that there have been no Survey related errors yet. As soon as a survey related error is triggered, the Survey source will appear automatically.
