Importing an HTML Email Template

You might often find emails online that you wish to use within Student Success & Engagement.

SS&E Campaigns Messaging allows you to import HTML, and use that HTML in your campaign or to make a campaign template.

  • The permission to do this is not enabled by default, so before continuing make sure you have the "Can Use Raw HTML Permission."

Once you have the permission enabled, when creating or editing a campaign or template, you will see an "Import HTML" button.

The New Campaign Template page showing fields for Name, Description, and Campaign Type with Advanced and Basic editor options. The email editor showing layout and content tools on the right with the Import HTML button highlighted by an arrow.

Clicking on this button will open a modal.
