Attach a Document to a Student’s Record

The Student Success & Engagement Platform allows users to attach documents to a student's profile under the Documents tab. By clicking "Choose Files," faculty and staff can upload files from their desktop or shared drive. Supported document types include csv, doc, pdf, jpg, mp3, ppt, xls, zip, and more. Uploaded files are accessible to all users with access to the student's record.

With the Student Success & Engagement Platform, users have the ability to attach a document to a student's record under the Documents tab in the student's profile.

By clicking Choose Files, faculty and staff will be directed to the files located on their desktop or institutional shared drive. Once the appropriate document is chosen, it will be attached under the documents tab of the students profile. Everyone who has access to that student's record will then also have access to the assigned attachment.

We support the following document types. To maintain system security, other document types cannot be uploaded.
