  • I'm liking it so far! But it would be helpful to have increased granularity and specificity. I'd love to have the ability to change which Service I'm available to help with on which days, as well as which Service I'm willing to do in what format.

So for example: right now, I have to say I'm available for virtual appointments for every Service (add/drop, academic advising, transfer advising, etc.) or none at all, even if there's one Service where that mode would be particularly unhelpful or impossible. Or perhaps I work remotely a few days a week and this limits which Services I can perform on those days.

For now, as a workaround, you might consider selecting a different location for your online appointments. This way, you can specify services that don't require an in-person visit. Since "Campus" and "Office" don't appear on the student invitation for online appointments, so this may work for you, depending on your preferences.

Thank you once again for your contribution and for being an important part of our community. We look forward to seeing more engagement from you in the future.
