Surveys
PARTICIPANTS
- STANDARD SURVEY: If you have our HigherEd product and intend to survey students, students must have paid Tk20 accounts: to see if student accounts are paid, run Administration 024 for the program(s).
Best Practice:
STANDARD SURVEY: Ensure User Group /courses that are receiving survey are accurate.
KIOSK SURVEY: Assure that participant emails are known.
LOGGING IN
STANDARD SURVEY: Verify that students are able to log in and have the correct privileges. Go to Administration Security Privileges to check access for the role(s).
- Students should have access to received surveys under their pending tasks & tasks tab, which is found under their home tab.
SEND OUT PROCESS
Update survey forms. Send newly revised documents for configuration to our Support Team by clicking Submit A Request (subject: Update Survey Forms), (or configure them independently)
- Send your surveys
- Monitor your sent surveys using reports:
- STANDARD: Surveys 001
- KIOSK: Harness the power of Creating an Instant Insight Report , if applicable, to evaluate your KIOSK results.
