Help Resources

As you launch and administer Faculty Success for your campus the following resources are available to you when you need assistance:

  • This Help Center provides guides and documentation on how to use Faculty Success.
  • The Help link in the top navigation bar of Faculty Success enables you to submit inquiries directly to Faculty Success Support Team.  
  • The Watermark Support team is available to assist with your product related questions by clicking  Submit A Request. For all the options for getting in touch with Support, see: Contacting Watermark's Customer Support
  • The Watermark Academy (https://academy.watermarkinsights.com/) can help you plan your implementation, identify new ways to leverage Faculty Success, and help you work through complex challenges.
  • In addition, your Client Success Manager will consult with you as you customize Faculty Success to meet your goals.
