SS&E CSV Extract Frequency

Overview

This article shares some guidelines for CSV extract scheduling and frequency.

The SS&E Data Integration has a few process steps which vary based on Connect Method. See SS&E SIS Import Process for more information on the Connect Method and schedules that are part of the SS&E data integration flow.

Step 1 - Source CSV Extract: For institutions using CSV extracts, the extract schedules are customizable. These should generally align with step 2 so that CSV files are extracted just before Accelerate runs. However feed schedules can be adjusted based on internal processes, automations, resources, and the amount of data in the feeds.

Step 2 - Accelerate (Connect2 or Cloud Connect): typically runs four times per day at 2am, 8am, 2pm, and 8pm (customizable).

Step 3: SS&E Import: runs four times per day at 4:30am, 10:30am, 4:30pm, and 10:30pm (not customizable)
