Overview
Finding the right support for Faculty Success ensures your questions are answered efficiently. This article guides faculty members on identifying whether to contact their campus administration or the Watermark Support team and explains how to request assistance directly within the system.
Note: This article is specifically for faculty needing help with Faculty Success. Administrators should refer to Administrator Training & Resources.
Contacting your Institution or Watermark Support
Understanding who to contact depends on whether your inquiry is related to local policy or system functionality.
Contact Your Institution
Contact your institution for assistance with specific processes. Each institution customizes Faculty Success with its own terminology, forms, and requirements. Your institution’s administrative staff understands the specific expectations for your college or department.
Always request help from your institution first for questions regarding:
Login issues involving your campus-provided credentials.
Activity requirements for your specific review process.
Data entry expectations for mandatory fields.
Evaluation context on how your data will be used for reporting or tenure.
Check with your department chair, college office, or teaching and learning center to locate these local resources.
Contact the Watermark Support Team
Contact the Watermark Support team for technical issues or "how-to" questions related to the system itself, rather than institutional policies.
Reach out to Watermark Support for inquiries such as:
System errors or receiving specific error messages.
Feature difficulty where a tool is not working as expected.
Core functionality questions independent of institutional use.
To contact the Watermark Support team, refer to Contacting Watermark's Client Support.
