Activity Details
The Activity Details Page provides an overview of each activity’s progress, delivering essential information such as the number of students who have yet to submit their activity. From the Activity Details area, if the activity included a rubric as a part of the assessment, you will have the option to View Reports (by student or aggregated). Close An Activity
The Close Activity feature allows you to mark an activity as complete once no further submissions or assessments are required. This helps you keep your workspace organized by removing completed activities from your activity list, ensuring you focus on current tasks. Closing an activity doesn’t delete any data; it simply helps streamline your workflow by indicating that no further action is needed.
- Closed Activities are also removed from the default view for students, mentors, supervisors, and faculty, allowing them to focus on the activities that still require their attention
- Closed activities remain accessible to all users, but in a read-only format
