How to Import and Filter on Anticipated Graduation Date

Import

Anticipated graduation date is imported on the Transcript datafeed and is not a required field for the Transcript to successfully import.

Transcript

File: transcript.csv

Description: The high-level transcript work of a student. SS&E supports one transcript per person.

Default Pull Frequency: Every 6 hours.

Position Name Required Description
20 anticipatedGraduationDate N The date the student is expected to graduate.

The anticipated graduation date will show on the student’s profile tab in the details card if present.

Filtering

Enable the anticipated graduation date filter for a Person Type in Administration -> People & Roles -> Person Types. Click on the name of the desired Person Type to enable it for, then edit the Person Type and check the box next to the anticipated graduation date filter entry.

The filter will then appear in the Filter UI, in the Student Information section, below Cumulative Credit Hours, and above Last Assignment Submission.
