Hi, Luis! There are two ways to address this. The first is to adjust the number of days until your SI alerts auto-close. Go into Admin > Institution > Edit > Days Until Alert Auto Expires. You can put any number of days you want. Then save.
The other way is to run a report for SI Alerts. You can modify the report to see whatever you need to. The alerts will still auto-close, but the report will give you tons of information that you can use as a visual of all SI alerts, who created them, when, etc.
