End date before start date will trigger emails

Hi community,

just sharing something discovered by accident. An oversight allowed a survey to have an end date of 20th April 2026 but a start date wasn't until 1st June 2026.

A student emailed to ask why they could not find the survey from the ‘Final Days to Complete’ email they received.  Our final email scheduled to be sent 2 days before a survey close date. They did not get any other emails, as these were all based on the start date.

There was no warning for administrators that the end date was not correct in comparison to the start date. Just sharing in hope it will save someone else from having the same mistake!
