How to shorten the unique scheduling tool URL for the new scheduler

We are looking for a tool that can help us shorten the lengthy unique success coach URL for the new scheduling tool. It's way too long to fit in a text. We currently use bit.ly, but they have started adding a bit.ly add before you get to the scheduling page, which is a pain.
