One thing my faculty have noticed (as well as myself) is that when running reports the output file is automatically generated and downloaded upon submission, which can ultimately end up in numerous downloads to our browser that may not be used and thus in need of regular deletion, especially if I am troubleshooting reporting issues reported by users.
I'd like to suggest a preview option to the report submission. I know there is such a feature for report creation, but it would be helpful to have submitted reports open in a new tab before being directly downloaded, if possible. I've adjusted the file to open in my preferred browser (Firefox) but it still auto-downloads. Thank you for considering.
